Art therapy is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

The creative process involved in expressing one’s self artistically can help you to resolve issues as well as develop and manage your behaviors and feelings, reduce stress, and improve self-esteem and awareness.

You don’t need to have any special skills or previous art experience to take part – this is about self-expression, not creating masterpieces.

We work with Oonagh Linden, a qualified art therapist who will work with you over four weeks to explore wellbeing through art-making.

The groups will take place at The Parent Rooms in Belfast and all materials will be provided.

This project is kindly supported by Belfast City Council.
